The institute deeply studies and implements General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions and instructions on the significance of production safety.

It firmly establishes the concept of safe development and continuously deepens the construction of the 'consciousness + responsibility + standardization' safety

management system. The institute is fully committed to ensuring a sustained and stable production safety situation.

On December 4th, the institute held a production safety work meeting, conveying the spirit and work requirements of the group company's meetings, discussing

key tasks for production safety, and deploying specialized action plans for inspection and rectification. It firmly considers production safety as the premise for

development planning and the bottom line for effective work. On December 5th, after watching the group company's monthly video conference, Shenyang Rare Metal

Research Institute mobilized and redeployed its production safety work, emphasizing implementation.

All production units firmly establish the concept of safe development. They continuously utilize the 'Learn Every Day' distinctive brand to study safety knowledge,

adhere to the implementation of the 'Four Ones' safety education system. Since the beginning of this year, the institute has organized 16 warning education sessions

and special exams, conducted 14 safety training sessions, and 148 internal team training sessions, enhancing overall safety awareness and standardizing operational

behaviors in various positions.

From December 5th to 6th, the company's leaders led teams to conduct large-scale inspections on production safety, focusing on key aspects such as fire management,

electrical usage, and special equipment. They conducted specialized inspections in 9 areas, including the VIGA production line, EIGA production line, and 3D printing

workshop. All production units showed a spirit of struggle, ensuring that corrective actions were taken without compromise. They strictly implemented the pre-shift

safety 'double inspection' system, adhered to the 'Five Clears' and 'Two Handovers' requirements, strengthened on-site production and handover of hidden dangers, and

ensured effective closed-loop management of risks. They continuously promoted the construction of '5831' safety teams, implemented the package guarantee system,

and reinforced safety responsibilities. The institute has effectively implemented 'grid-based safety management,' with 14 part-time safety officers responsible for their

roles, constructing a fully covered management grid, and elevating the level of refined management.

Consolidating the results of the fire safety propaganda month, deepening activities such as fire safety propaganda and training, on December 7th, the institute organized

a production site evacuation drill to enhance the emergency capabilities of all staff in fire prevention and disaster relief and improve the level of fire safety management.

They planned to carry out the 'December 8th' production safety warning education activity, aiming to raise awareness, refine measures, and strengthen responsibilities,

ensuring a more solid and meticulous approach to safety production. The institute coordinated production safety at the main plant and safety in the construction of the

second-phase project, utilizing the roles of 'Party member demonstration posts' and 'Party member duty inspection points,' strengthening the construction of the youth

safety post team, enhancing the safety literacy and capabilities of employees, and transferring responsibilities to every workshop, team, and position, creating a safe

environment for the 'final battle in fifty days, and winning the final battle'.
