Description: The cobalt-based welding rod with cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy core adopts DC reverse connection, and the cladding metal can still maintain good wear resistance and corrosion resistance when working at 650°C.

Usage: Used in situations where good wear resistance and corrosion resistance can be maintained when working at around 650°C, or in parts that are subject to impact and alternating heat and cold, such as cladding high temperature and high pressure valves and hot scissor blades.

Welding hardness HRC: 42


Co12
ECoCr-B

Description: The cobalt-based electrode with cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy core adopts DCreverse connection. The overlay welding metal can still maintain good wear resistance and

corrosion resistance when working at 650°C.


Usage: Used for high temperature and high pressure valves, shaft sleeves and lining sleeves

of high pressure pumps, and chopping blades of chemical fiber equipment.


Welding hardness HRC: 48

ECoCr-C

Description: Cobalt-based welding rods with high-carbon cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy core are welded by DC welding.

They have good slag coverage and beautiful shape. They have excellent wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and can

maintain these characteristics at a high temperature of 650°C.

Usage: Used for stack welding of wear parts such as cone drill bit bearings, boiler rotating impellers, pulverizer blades, and screw feeders. Welding hardness HRC: 54
