Our cobalt and nickel based alloy powders are produced by advanced gas atomization and water atomization equipments-gas (high purity nitrogen) cooling technology. The alloy powders are low in oxygen, spherical and the particle size is uniform(the size can be controlled), the specifications are complete. The quality is unanimously approved by clients. Applicable processes include oxyacetylene spraying or overlaying, HVOF/HVAF spraying, Plasma transferred arc(PTA) overlaying, Plasma spraying. These powder can be widely used in high temperature and high pressure valves, valve seats, engine valves, internal combustion engines, inlet/outlet valves, gardening tools, turbine blades, bearings and hot cutting edges, etc. All these alloy powders can be customized if customers have special surfacing welding process requirements.
